Yurdum – Social Eco Village
YURDUM Social Eco Village is a Residential Therapeutic Community Center, a project that provides rehabilitation and special living conditions for adults aged 18 and older with developmental and cognitive differences, with the goal of promoting social adaptation, self-confidence, communication skills and integration into society.

The Residential Social Therapeutic Center (refered to as RSTC) is a therapeutic and productive community, where people of all abilities work, socialize and prosper together RSTC provides rehabilitation care for adults struggling with various mental health disorders and behavioral challenges RSTC offers comprehensive programs in structured protected environments where residents and care-workers live for extended periods, ranging from several weeks to several months In each RSTC center, residents/beneficiaries, co-workers and volunteers become active members of a shared life .
PRESENTLY YURDUM - in Baku providing daily SOCIAL THERAPEUTIC service for Adults with special needs
They:
-Participate in social therapeutic modalities that nurture the development of inner resilience and life-skills grounded in human dignity
-Share in the rhythm of daily household tasks, cultivating a sense of responsibility, mutual care, and purposeful contribution
-Deepen their relationship with the natural world through gardening and nature-based activities, fostering reverence for life and the Earth
-Engage in artistic and communal life—through music, painting, and shared celebration—awakening creativity, joy, and meaningful connection
In this healing environment, they gently recover their self-confidence, strengthen their capacity for communication, and begin to walk a path toward living a life of value, freedom, and social inclusion.
